Not receiving notification of messages or missed calls.   No vibration.

send it back and get your money back. Lots of Fitbit customers have been having issues with notifications not working for months and Fitbit are not doing anything about it. Go get a Garmin. They are cheaper! I've had issues with my versa since July and no update as to when they will fix it.
