Why is my Versa 2 not getting notificatons? Is there something wrong with the software? I have tried everything possible!

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa 2. I understand how you feel about this and let me help you to get the notifications working correctly. Since you mentioned to have tried everything, please confirm if you've tried the steps described in this help article and verify in your phone's settings if the Fitbit app has been allowed to run on the background. Also, on your watch swipe down, tap on settings and turn off the Do Not Disturb (little circle icon) and the Sleep Mode (moon icon) so your watch can receive your notifications.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend to remove your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings in your phone, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and set up the notifications one more time.
