Error message while adding clock faces

I’m still getting the same message when I click open app. I took a screenshot but I can post here.

I cannot add click faces. When I hit “open app”, it says try again and takes me to a screen to download the app I’m already in

Hello again @KiaChevon 

Thank you for that information. I would suggest trying these steps then go back and try the download again: 

log out of the Fitbit App

force shut theFitbit App by swiping the app upward

now completely shut down your iOS device, wait 1-2 mins then restart your iOS device 

log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password 

sync your Fitbit Tracker

now try to change clock face as you desire

Dumb question. How do you sync your device??

How to sync your device is not a dumb question 😉 Just open your Fitbit App to the “Today” page. At the top center of the page you will see the word FITBIT and just under that you will see the word “Today”. Press on that word “Today” with your finger while dragging the page downward then release your finger. This will sync your Fitbit Tracker the Fitbit App.
