Versa 2 not getting notifications

Hi,

i am using the Versa 2 and I can't receive notifications (e.g. What's app) on it. I have the Huawei P20.

The only thing that works is uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App. I get notifications for nearly a day then.

It always says that the notification service is not activated and that I have to restart my phone.

This is really annoying, since I just bought the watch and of course would like to have it work properly.

Is there a bug in the App?

Can this problem be solved??

Hello @Lindalemon, it's good to see you around in the forums for the first time. 

 

Thank you for all the information that you've provided about your Versa 2. 

 

Before considering other options, please check all the necessary requirements in this article to sync with Android devices and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.

 

In addition, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed
