Hi @Charlie543210 - please try syncing with the Fitbit App, then restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Then in the Fitbit App run the " Set up a device" and replace. Resync manually and try again.

It works for now. I’m not holding my breath on this. If it does work permanently I’ll start preparing for the next issue that I and thousands of others will have with this product.

This is still not working for me. I cannot pair my watch with the app at all, no matter how many fixes I try.

Hi @Phemie - try this

Remove the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone (in case they are corrupted), needs only be done once per app version.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on, or other watches that can interfere in the syncing process at this stage.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If necessary minimise the app and click the sync popup, or in the Fitbit App run the "Set up a Device" and replace and sync.

Thanks for the advice. It was suggested days ago that I remove the device from the app and my phone (iPhone). I did so. Now the app will not recognize the watch, nor does the watch show up when I check my Bluetooth connections. It is as if my Versa 2 does not exist.

I have tried restarting the watch, turned Bluetooth off and on, logged out of the app and logged back in…the app cannot find my Versa 2 at all.
