Versa won't sync anymore

I have deleted and reinstalled app, turned Bluetooth on and off and restarted my phone and it still won't sync!

HI @Lasers - if you have the new V4 app improper syncing can be an additional problem.

Try removing the Bluetooth entry from the phone.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync. You can also mnimise the app and click on any sync popup, or if none run the "Set up a Device" and replace, then sync manually.

Mine too. Screen is blank and app won’t update

None of these suggestions are working for me. I can’t pair my Versa 2 with the app so I can’t even try manually syncing. I’m at a loss as to do what to do at this point.
