Fitbit not working correctly since update

Hello all, 

I have not been able to get Text Notifications on my fitbit since my recent update. I have "shut down" the fitbit, I have reset the fitbit, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I have checked my settings, and I have tried to find someone on the forum(s) to have the same issue. Additionally i have taken it off Bluetooth and re "paired" the device. I don't know why this fitbit has stopped functioning like it did before, but it needs to have a patch done. I also thought the issue may be related to my phones version, so I updated to the most recent version of iOS. I hope someone can help me. This is probably my favorite Fitbit since using the product in 2013. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @alex9066 - indeed the Versa 2 is a good watch. This link may be of help.

To get to Quick Settings on your watch by default long press the button. Or pull down on the watch face once and then again and tap the 2 white bars.

I came here with the same problems. Did you get it resolved? All my notifications work except messages. I’ve done all the above mentioned as well.

No not yet. I am going to look into this chat option and see. I really hope Fitbit takes a look into it and sends a patch. Getting messages on this was my favorite part.

So, I don’t want to be a barer of bad news, but the chat went no where. Even though I told them I did everything, they had me try again. 
I did remedy the issue though, but I don’t think you’re going to like it… I bought a new phone. Once I paired it to the new phone, it worked.
