I've had fitbit devices for almost a decade now, but I am considering switching for two reasons, one of which is notifications. I've never been able to get notifications to work on my watch with any sort of reliability. I currently have a Pixel 6 and a Versa 3, but I have never been able to get this feature to work with past watches and phones?
Is it time to give up on fitbit and try a different brand of watch? Can anyone offer me some help on how to get notifications to work?

Hi @Mavii - for notifications to work the watch has to be syncing properly and the settings correct.
Swipe the watch face right to get to Quick Settings and make sure that neither sleep nor do not disturb are on.
You can use the SimpleCheckUp app on the watch to check connectivity (second test) to see if that is an issue.
With the new v4 app unfortunately syncing is a problem and may require restarting the watch and phone to restore sync.
