Versa 2 not logging for 30 mins

I’ve been using my Versa 2 for about 3 months and all of a sudden it won’t log heart rate, active zone minutes or steps for 30-45 minutes at a time! So frustrating when you’re out for a 5km  for example and it loses all those steps within a 30/45 min period, it’s happening nearly everyday! Does anyone know how to fix this?

Two suggestions

Restart the watch

Change clockface to another clock, preferably a Fitbit one

If that fails try Fitbit Support They may be able to help you.
