My device and app are up to date. I can log water in the app but not on the Fitbit. Kinda defeats the purpose of I have to open the app all the time. Any help will be much appreciated.

I tried holding the back button, to no avail. Then tried shutting it down and restarting. Also, no change. Still have the same problem.

I've been having the same issue. I think it's since I updated my Versa 2 last week. I have an android phone and my my Fitbit App running is v3.11. I've also tried restarting my fitbit to no avail.

I'm having the same issue. I had to purchase a new Versa 2 because I was just past the warranty and it stopped logging my HR and the help desk couldn't help me. Just over a year old. Now I don't have the option in the settings to add the water logging feature onto my actual Versa 2. 😞 Tried the back button hold and restarting and still nothing. Feeling kind of bummed about the whole thing. I've been using Fitbit for years and have had various models, but they all seem to conk out in strange and unusual ways.

I'm also having this problem and have tried the same suggested solutions with no fix working yet.
It's weird because when I log the water on my FitBit, it shows how much I logged and when but then when I scroll over to view my daily total (on FitBit) there's nothing logging/registering so it shows I haven't had any water.
Hopefully this can get resolved soon because it's annoying to have to dig out my phone, open and navigate through the app and log the water manually.
