Sometimes my Fitbit Versa 2 will map my running route and sometimes, like today, it won’t. I was wondering why that is? I’m not doing anything different and it’s connecting and updating on my phone. It also has never mapped my walking route. I was wondering there was something I could do to fix this. I’m running a marathon in a couple weeks and would love for it to track my route. I took a new route today and was disappointed when I came home and it just gave stats but no route.

Before starting the walk, make sure the Versa says connected to the gps.
