Versa 2 not pairing not working not syncronizing

No way to pair Versa 2

Due to fact that the App doesn't recognize the watch and no possible to register it on the usual  Iphone used in the past,  I reset the Versa 2 using the reset procedure (Setting/reset/yes)

From then on the logo Fitbit apperas and ask to dowload the app

Try to configure again but No Versa 2 found

Try to reser the Iphone BT no way

Try to switch on and off BT and Iphone no way

Try to use 3 Iphone and 1 Ipad no way

Try to remove FitBit App and reinsyall no way

Note in one Iphoe and Ipad appers my photo on left to corner

In 2 Iphone (Iphone 12 and 13) no photo on my profile (same profile as before)

The Versa BT is working because I can Pair it with BT laptop

I use the watch not so often but now that I need to red the hear bitrate it dones't work

I am really near to destroi it!!!

I read that in the past was possible to configure it trought Laptop Windows but now the app is deleted from the store....

Hi @johnoaaaaa -you can't use a PC to set-up anymore - the app has been deleted. Try this.

Turn off all devices except your phone.

Remove the Versa 2 from the phone's Bluetooth.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window.

Restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Restart the phone then run the watch setup like from new as that is its state. See How do I set up my Fitbit device? and use the replace the watch option.
