Hi @dumpper - this is necessary when the Fitbit App loses connection.
Simply toggling Bluetooth off/on on the phone may suffice.
A logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off of the active window (and clear storage cache and force stop it in Android) with a phone restart may provide a more persistent resolution.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
