Versa 2 not receiving messenger notifications

Hi all, 

My Versa 2 is not receiving any Facebook or messenger notifications. I have reset the watch, forgot Bluetooth connection, checked all the settings I can think of and messenger is still not coming up as on a list of apps I can receive notifications from.. everything else seems to be working, just Facebook/messenger are a no go

Please confirm that you've followed this guide to resolve difficulties with notifications.

 

Whether this doesn't help, set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hi,
Thanks for that I have followed the steps and still no difference.
I’m not receiving any messenger notifications.
