So I received my Versa 2 in Christmas 2019 and I've loved it till the recent IOS update. I was receiving all notifications and texts on my Fitbit, it was buzzing when a call came in or a text, but after I updated my iPhone 11 Pro Max to IOS 13.6, the notifications stopped working. I have literally done everything that the troubleshooting guide says to do, check, toggle on/off, restart my phone and Fitbit, etc---nothing. I don't even get the hourly reminders to move that were so helpful. I'm extremely disappointed in this. I've had several Fitbit models for six years now and am in weekly challenges with a bunch of friends but I'm seriously about ready to bite the bullet and get an Apple watch. Anyone had a similar issue and been able to get notifications and texts back on the Versa 2? This was definitely the main reason I asked for one of these. Super frustrated...

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
