I am very disappointed with Fitbit. I had a Charge 2 for years and back in December the notifications stopped working. I was told this was an application problem and would be getting resolved or I could buy a new one and this would be fixed. Flash forward to this past weekend when I upgraded to the Versa 2 and I bought the warranty. The Notifications still do not work. Apparently my options are to request a refund or continue to hold out hope that the notifications are fixed. I have lots of friends who have zero problems with receiving notifications but when I requested help and a new watch because this one doesn't work, I was told that this issues does not qualify. I just spent a good amount of money on a watch that does not work to it's full potential. Fitbit has proved to be not worth it and I do not recommend getting their watches.
