Versa 2 not receiving notifications

As with other Versa 2 users, mine will also not give notifications after the update.  It shows that it's syncing, but I cannot receive any phone call or text notifications.  It is now just an expensive watch.  Please fix this!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have a samsung galaxy S8.  I dont remember what day i received the update notification, but that is the day my versa stopped working correctly.  I have gone through all the motions...checked my bluetooth pairing, turned my versa and my phone off and restarted, unpaired the versa and paired again, checked the notification settings.  There was a notification on this help site that you were working on a correction so i'm hoping this would kaybe solve my problem?
