Versa 2 - not receiving text notifications

So, I just switched my Charge 3 for the Versa 2 and am not able to receive text notifications. I had the same problem when I got the Charge 3. But I followed some of the suggested actions to reset it and was able to get it working. I haven’t had the same luck with my Versa 2. I have gone through and followed all the suggested actions, including: verifying notifications are appropriately activated (including Lock screen, Notification Center, and Banners), ending and reconnecting Bluetooth, switching the Bluetooth share systems notification off and then back on, resetting the watch, reinstalling the Fitbit app, restarting my phone. At this point, I’m at the end of the suggested list. Can someone please help!?!

I am facing same issue. but i am getting call notification and able to control music.

Can't help if we do not know the type of phone your having issues with, @umeshmishra099. and @Brittanyw85?
