I loved my blaze, but it stopped charging so when this one went on sale, I figured I'd go with the sleeker look.
Well everything is great with the watch, but this one flaw and I've done everything suggest on the boards. How sad this has been going on for the better part of year and no decent response or fix from Fitbit. I guess when you're about to sell the company, you stop caring.

Hi @Charlie546971, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with your Fitbit device, I understand your situation and how frustrating this matter can be for you. I'd like to let you know that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the feedback that's shared here in the Community Forums is always appreciated and really helpful for us to evaluate our procedures and make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.
To better assist you with the actual issue of your device, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Looking forward to your reply.

You're welcome @Charlie546971, your reply is also appreciated.
Thanks for the details that were shared with me, seems odd that your Versa 2 is not receiving notifications at all from your iPhone 11. Before we can move on. can you please confirm that you're not using the Do Not Disturb function of your phone and also your Fitbit device? Also, let's make sure power management is disabled for the Fitbit app.
I'll be waiting for your reply.

Just seeing this reply and no I don't have do not disturb activated on the phone or watch. I don't even know what power management is, so I'd venture it's disabled.
After trying all of the online fixes, I've all but given up resolving this problem.
