Hi @Tjefferson, welcome to the Community Forums.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, my device is a Fitbit Versa 2 I noticed a week ago that my text notifications had stopped displaying. My exercise & step notifications are still received. I’ve actioned the tips but still no improvement. Many thanks.

Your reply is appreciated @Tjefferson.

Seems odd that your Versa 2 randomly stopped displaying notifications. Before we can move on, can you please specify which iPhone are you using with your Fitbit? Are you using Do not Disturb on your phone and the Fitbit device as well? Please make sure that power management is currently disabled for the Fitbit app.

I'll be waiting for your reply.

It's a pleasure to continue assisting you @Tjefferson.

Thanks for the details that were shared, can you also confirm that Do Not Disturb is disabled on your Versa 2? You can check this on the Quick Settings menu of your device. In regards Power management, go to your phone settings, then tap on Battery and make sure that Low battery mode is disabled.

I'll be here if you still need help.
