Im not receiving text messages on my Fitbit Versa 2. Any ideas on why this isnt happening??

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

And it was my husbands fitbit but he has given it to me now. It didnt work for him either but our daughter has one and it works on hers.

I also appreciate all the details that were shared with me on your previous posts. Before we can move on, can you please let me know what was the outcome of the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post? Can you please make sure that Do Not Disturb is disabled on your iPhone 12 and the Fitbit too? You can find this option on the Quick Settings menu of your Versa 2.
