I have a Hauwei P30. When I first bought my V2 the text notifications worked for about 3 weeks then stopped. I only receive the call notifications on my Fitbit now. I have tried all the steps from customer support and the website to try and fix this issue and nothing.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the time you spent trying to resolve the issue.
If you have followed these troubleshooting steps to resolve issues with notifications without luck, please try the following:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
- On your Huawei P30, open the Settings app > Apps and notifications > Apps, give all the permissions to the app
- Tap Fitbit > Battery > Launch (manages if the app is running in the background) - tap the 3 dots at the top right corner - Manage manually (here is the list of all the apps on the phone) - on the Fitbit app icon, check the 3 boxes Manage automatically, Secondary launch, and Run in background.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit Versa 2.
