Versa 2 not receiving texts

My versa 2 is not receiving any text notifications but other notifications are working correctly.  

I have tried everything to fix it with no luck. Is there an issue I'm not aware of. I've only had the watch for a month.

I have an S10 as well and mine last sent texts last night.  I have reset everything possible.  please help us ! ty 🙂

Hi @Lolipep , it seems that some android users also have notification problems, mainly, for whatever reason, Samsung users. This is the result of a bug in the newest Firmware update (70.7.14). Fitbit is aware of this problem and trying to fix it. regards kuzibri

I've had my Versa 2 for two weeks and have not been able to get text notifications since day three of having mine.
