Versa 2 not recording all sleep patterns

Since a recent upgrade on the versa 2 watch, my sleep isn’t recording properly 

it will record some then miss a few hours then start recording again. A friend of mine has the exact same problem with his new versa 2

Having the same problem. This is really important for me. The sleep tracking is a large part of what I bought this for.

Does anyone know a way to get this working again?
