On Sept. 15, 2019, I purchased a Versa 2 from Best Buy. Over the past 2 weeks, I have noticed that when I swipe up, down, or sideways on the screen it will not work. I have also noticed that if I touch the screen to see the time that it will not show. Randomly, it will work fine, but not that often. I have restarted it, and as a last resort, factory reset it. I am still having the same problem. I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out. I had a Charge 2 and loved it and figured I wouldn't have any problems with the Versa 2.
