Versa 2 not responding

My versa 2 has suddenly stop responding. It doesn’t come on when I lift my arm. It doesn’t come on when I press the button or tap the face either. When it eventually comes on if I tap nothing happens. I’ve tried resetting it a few times but it’s still not responding. 

Also, the hr sensor has never worked when I wear it on my right wrist no matter how I set it up dominant/non dominant hand. 

any ideas how I can fix it or does it need to go back?

I have the same problem. I am trying to get Fitbit rep n the phone but have very long wait times! Will let you know if I am successful and what they say.

I’m having the same exact issue! So strange. My battery is full charged. So happy to hear that it’s not just me. Stay well out there folks!

I was able to get a hold of Fitbit and they are sending me a new one. It
actually didn't take as long to speak to someone as I thought so give them
a call!
