My fitbit is turned on for sure, the green lights are flashing and it syncs to my phone. But, nothing will work on the screen. I have tried a restart and factory two button restart. I don't know what else to do and I am growing so frustrated. What else can I do?

I just chatted with Fitbit and because mine is older than 1 year, they only offered a discount to purchase another Fitbit. I am FRUSTRATED too. Surely these things are meant to last longer than 1.5 years, but I am on the 3rd one since 2014 so...and now this would be #4 IF I decide to stay with Fitbit. 😔
