The directions to setup the Wallet or Fitbit Pay in the community forum do not work AT ALL. I do not understand why, I am very tech savvy and while the directions appear simple, there is nothing in them that works. I see the today icon but nothing that shows my profile picture to move further than the screen telling me that I have not added a card to the wallet. Well, no kidding. I am trying to do that. I come here on the dashboard with the laptop and I get no help. Could someone please explain how to do this?
Instead of following directions in the forum, have you checked the help docs or the user manual.
