Versa 2 not responding

Screen is showing nothing, put on this morning after shower ok, 30 mins later my wrist felt very warm, versa not working, no display, when I insert into charger, still blank, lessvthan 6 month old, birthday present in April from kids, so, am not very happy. Have tried holding the only button it has for over 10 seconds  still as per a dodo

Why they not have the live chat link on the help page is beyond my comprehension, am afraid that I think the customer help is atrocious,  it is nearly as bad as the design on the bloody infuriating charging station
