Battery Low

I just got a Versa 2 a couple of days ago. For some reason, the battery doesn’t seem to hold. It started at 50 something percent and now it’s 21%. Just this morning, I got an email saying the battery was low. I tried charging it and the battery just goes down instead of up. I just don’t understand why this happened.

Having the same issue today. Normally my battery life is great. I got mine in January. My phone is not synced up for text alerts or anything. (I just don’t want them to be.) Had about 80% this morning and by 11 am was at 10% charged. Threw it on the charger again and charged up to 90% and now about 4 hrs later I’m back down to 30%.

Same problem. My versa used to hold a charge for days and mow I’m lucky if I can make it 8 hours without needing to charge.

I just made a discovery. I found out why it wasn’t charging. I was putting it in the cradle the wrong way. And you know what? I think that was why the Versa Lite I had before the Versa 2 didn’t work. It wasn’t because it died, I just didn’t put it correctly on the cradle. I do appreciate the feedback you have given me, though.

I ended up letting my battery completely die and then charged it fully. That seemed to do the trick! Battery held all day today.
