I would like the Versa 2 watch to buzz when my heart rate changes to outside of a zone that I define. Either higher or lower as it moves up or down respectively, I want it to vibrate to let me know.
Is there any setting in the exercise app to do that? Or a third party app I can load onto the watch?

Not a customized zone definition, but the standard definition demarcations.
Not all exercises have the setting, but I know that Walk, Treadmill, Workout and Interval Workout do.
In each exercise app you have set up on your device tap the "gear" icon at the top right of the screen.
Scroll down to "Zone Notifications" and tap to change it from Off to On. You will get a vibration alert entering/leaving a zone.
I personally tried it, but I on some days I hover between 2 under and 2 over a zone separator and can get as many as three or four vibrations in 10 seconds - a bit annoying.
But hey, check it out and see if it is what you need.
Good luck.

Update -
I enabled zone notifications for my afternoon treadmill session on my Versa 2.
The annoying 4 vibrations in 10 seconds has apparently been dealt with - someone listened to me apparently.
This is what I initially observed:
As you come up into a new zone, if you stay there for five seconds you get a vibration - seems to be a double vibration when going into cardio out of fat burn - I cannot guarantee it isn't a double coming from under zone into fat burn, as the vibrations are softer than the timer app.
When you drop into a lower zone and stay there for 10 seconds you get a single vibration.
If you do not stay in the lower zone long enough but, instead, come back into the higher zone and then drop back before five seconds you will not get a vibration, but will if you stay in the lower zone for 10 seconds.
During the end of my one hour session it seemed that the 10 second wait to notify of being in a lower zone sometimes took longer than 10 seconds but still less than 20 seconds. The five second threshold when reaching a higher zone appeared to remain consistent.
All I can say is to try Zone Notifications and see if they "work" for you.
I'll be turning mine back off - but that's just me.
Good luck.

That would probably work, except that "zone notifications" is greyed out in all of the exercises on my watch, and can't be selected
(For anyone reading, he means look at the "Exercise" app on the watch, and in any of the exercises under "Shortcuts" select the Gear icon)
Anyone know how to enable the disabled "Zone Notifications" on the Versa 2 watch?
