My Versa 2 has suddenly gone crazy with a mind of its own. 2 days ago it suddenly went blank still with 50% charge. I put it on the charging dock when I got home and left it overnight assuming it would charge. The next day it was still blank with a red battery symbol and exclamation mark showing occasionally on the screen. I cleaned the charging dock and watch thinking it had bad connection, still nothing. Read the forums and everyone saying to hold the 3 buttons down for up to 3 mins to reset/restart. My Versa has one button, I tried it but still nothing. Yesterday evening I tried syncing it with the app, app indicating Versa is up to date and at 100% charge but as soon as I disconnect from dock it goes dead again and doesn’t respond. This morning, tried everything again, now it won’t sync to app, is unresponsive when not connected to dock and when it is connected to dock it just turns on for a few minutes then turns off again over and over......
Very upset and disappointed. Had it for just over a year (Christmas gift last year) never had a single issue until now. Thought it might be the dock but I feel like it’s the Fitbit itself because it only responds when on the dock and is dead otherwise ...
Very unhappy
Nothing on the forums has helped...

Thank you @LiliyaFitbit for your response/reply.
I have tried all the trouble shooting tips on the link you gave with no result. I even purchased a new charger in the hope that this was the problem but unfortunately this has made no difference at all.
My Fitbit Versa 2 is completely dead unless attached to charger. Even when attached to charger, first looks like it is turning on with the Fitbit logo, then goes to the watch screen and indicates it is charging (little blue battery icon). After a few seconds it goes to the clock only screen and becomes unresponsive to tapping or anything else. If disconnected from charger, the Versa goes completely dead again with nothing. No sensor lights on the back flashing at all.
When connected to the charger, the app on my phone will sync with the device and indicates the battery is full, but the watch is completely dead.
I’m about to delete the app and reinstall to see what this might do?
if I can’t get my Versa sorted and back to normal, am I entitled to a replacement??

in addition to last post:
I’ve just deleted the app and downloaded it again with no result.
I then ‘removed’ the current device from the app and attempted to add it again from scratch.
was able to find the divide via Bluetooth and connect although got caught at the wifi setup part because it identified the watch battery too low so couldn’t download... said to wait til device was at +25% so download could occur. Able to sync device snd battery showing as a Red Cross in app...
I think the battery is completely dead... how do I get this fixed???
