My watch is getting hang .. not responding to touch. Screen is usually blank but sometimes gets on , sometimes it is showing fitbit logo but nothing else. In between it started to vibrate continuously for about 2-3 minutes at length..  tried resetting but nothing happens

My watch stopped responding all together. Even after update everything was not working.

@Marwahmohit1 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend following our complete troubleshooting tips in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
