My Versa 2 has stopped responding and has charge in it, tried reset and still not working. Once I remove from charger the screen stays black. Tried holding button for 10 seconds and still get nothing. It’s only 17 months old

It would benefit other users if moderators could share what to do rather than revert to 'customer care.' I've have similar problems to Clarkey30. Yesterday my app wasn't connecting to my Versa 2. Since that was fixed, the touch screen stopped working. Everything else is fine.

Mine basically did the same exact thing earlier this week. And now it just flashes the fitbit logo and nothing else. It's 3 years old. It just died. It won't do anything else. I'm kind of mad.
