Versa 2 not showing EOV chart for SpO2 in Android app

My Versa 2, with the new SpO2 face is showing my daily SpO2 reading shortly after waking up each day. The number varies slightly day to day, so I assume that it's getting the data that it needs and doing its calculations.

My issue is that it's not showing up in the Android App. I'm a Premium subscriber. I navigate to Sleep and check the Restoration screen. As it had before the SpO2 upgrade, it shows the heart rate chart throughout the sleep period. If I scroll down into the help, it's showing a sample SpO2 chart, so it's pretty clear that's what it's intending to show, so I know that I'm looking in the right place.

I've tried force stopping the app, rebooting the phone, rebooting the Versa 2, then waiting for the next day's reading for each. No change. The version of the app running is dated Sept 30 and the Play Store says it's up to date. What else can I try?

Update 10/14:

  • It's the EOV screen that is missing. It's based on SpO2 data. Changed the Topic.
  • I realized that there's a new Health Metrics area in the Android app that needed to be enabled.
  • After enabling the Health Metrics I now have a chart with the daily SpO2 available and it is getting data reliably.
  • Enabling the Health Metrics had no impact on the Restoration page of Sleep. Still no EOV chart, but the help shows that it should be there.
