I just received my first Fitbit yesterday, a Versa 2, and I followed all the setup instructions but I still have a couple of issues.
1) My clock face does not show, despite Always On being selected. I even installed a different clock face but either face will only show occasionally.
2) I have to click on Apps several times before their app screen will pop up. Happens with all the apps. I will select it, feel the vibration, the app icon moves to the center of the screen, then the screen returns to the original app page. Only after doing this about 4-5x will I finally get the app menu.
I've tried resetting the phone several times but haven't tried a factory reset yet. Any suggestions?
Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Actually, I'm not getting any help at all on this. The email I received told me to remove apps from the Fitbit app, then restart the phone & watch. Not totally helpful since none of the apps work & I can't remove apps like Today, Settings, Exercise, Clocks, Alarms, & Weather. But I removed all the others & restarted but nothing has changed, still no clockface or functional apps on the watch & no answers from customer support. Pretty frustrating with my first Fitbit product.
And my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6, not an S7 as previously posted.
