Hi my versa 2 won’t show text messages, Facebook or wattsapp notifications - shows bbc news and diary notifications only- I’m on iPhone 11 - have updated all apps and ensured notifications on for both app and phone, turned both devices on and off, un paired then paired them again but nothing.

i was told before that the messages not coming through was a known problem with the new iOS update for the iPhone and fitbit were working on it but it has been months now and still not working! - I love my fitbit and have had many but now I’m wishing I hadn’t wasted my money on the versa 2 and spent a little more on an Apple Watch instead- come on fitbit sort it out and get it working - if anyone can help please.......Help!!!

Have you notifications up under Account, Versa 2, Notifications, App Notifications? 

Do you have the wanted notifications set to show up on the phone while it is locked? 

People have mentioned something about a permission or setting in the notification center. 

 

Yes months ago when Apple upgraded to iOS 13 there was a notification issue that affected all third party apps like Fitbit and Garmin for some, this got fixed, then with another iOS update Text notifications stopped.
