Hi @Lisa1227 , restart your Versa 2 three to four times in a row by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo each time and release the button. See if that procedure, called internal reset, solves your problem, Erik

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa 2 once more, and afterwards please change the clock face to a one designed by Fitbit. If you already have installed one from Fitbit. Please let me know.
