Versa 2 not syncing notifications and not doing SPO2 or temperature

I got a new Versa 2 last Wednesday and although it's working well there are some features that don't seem to be working:

• Everyday I have to reset or sync my app to get notifications as they stop coming through and my phone app says it needs to restart for it to function.
• The SPO2 and the skin temperature function are also not working and haven't since I got it. I've worn it every day and night only removing for the shower to charge it.

Is it a firmware issue, software issue or just an anomaly with my device...?

Help please, these features are a massive reason for purchasing this device.

Mine is just about to be returned as they gave me some BS about it taking 3 days for the update to load so I could use the 1 and ONLY spo2 clock face for a versa2 and the fit bit application is saying it is on the latest version.

The spo2 option was the Only reason I was upgrading from my perfecly good  hr device
