Versa 2 not syncing on all devices

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Checked most of the other pages and tried the things.

Didn’t work at all.

I have a Versa 2, got it a few months ago, and it won’t sync to any of my devices.

I have an android, an iPad and iPhone.

Whatever I do, it says “unable to sync” when I  check my clock faces and apps, and it has a spinning wheel.

As far as I know, it’s all up to date.

I can’t check my Fitbit as it won’t connect.

It’s at 99% (when I posted this), after I charged it.

is it perhaps my devices, just the Fitbit or maybe even the fact that I have too many which have the app?

I was away, but had the iPhone with me.

Anyone have this happening, or fixed it and have tips?

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community, @MaeAdams.

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

I would like to mention, if you've set up notifications in one of your mobile devices, it has bonded to your watch and your Versa 2 won't sync to any other device until the bond is disabled. If you haven't done it, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues.

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1628718541178.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
