Versa 2 not syncing with Galaxy s21+

My versa 2 isn't syncing with my new galaxy?! Any suggestions?

Try logging out of Fitbit app and restarting phone and watch, hold button for a few seconds till it vibrates and then logo appears

@Boltsee11 Thanks for the details shared in your post. Most phones work with the Fitbit app and Fitbit products if they meet our minimum OS requirements. For more information, see Fitbit-compatible devicesI recommend confirming if your watch is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
