Versa 2 not syncing with Virgin Pulse App

Versa 2 stopped syncing with virgin pulse app. Unpaired both, then couldn’t find virgin pulse as an option on fitbit apps , but could find fitbit thru virgin pulse.?? I had it before.  If I want my steps to come to virgin pulse, I have to disconnect and reconnect. That only works sometimes. Anyone else having issues with syncing?
