Versa 2 not syncing with my Qantas Wellbeing app

My Versa 2 smartwatch is recording my steps and the my Fitbit account is syncing correctly with regular sync updates, as well as forced syncs. 
For the past month, there has been no data transferred to my Qantas Wellbeing app, despite both showing linked and synced. Any ideas? Thanks
