Versa 2 not syncing

When i installed  everything, there was no Problem, the day after it was not working   anymore . It says constantly that fitbit.com is not available but when i remove  the App and reinstall, it will work but only 1 time, second time, same Problem! So i have to reinstall the App every time i want to sync. That is really annoying, I can not just check my details because everything is gone, even the previous days are not visible anymore.

Like this, there is no use of using the Fitbit Versa 2!
