Hey guys
I bought my Versa2 on Friday and everything was going smoothly until I tried to sync with my phone about 12 hours ago.
I updated my phone and thought that would fix it, however it hasn’t.
I’ve “unsynced” it from my Bluetooth and re-paired it with the all numerous time but it still gets about “half-way” and the two (FitBit & app) won’t complete syncing.
Any suggestions?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
