Versa 2 not syncing

I have only had my Versa 2 one year and it constantly stops syncing. The latest issue is frustrating. I removedand reset my Fit bit app. I factory reset my watch and still it doesnt sync.

My phone shows it is connected via bluetooth but the app cannot find it.

I really like this watch when it works.....

Did you fully reinstall the watch after the factory reset with "+ Set up a Device"?

The fact that the Bluetooth finds it is a good sign but it must be linked and paired with the Fitbit App to synchronise.
