My versa 2 is not syncing. The watch is tracking my steps, heart rate and other things but it is not syncing on my phone despite my blue tooth and mobile data being on. What do I do pls?

This happened to me also when Google did an update yesterday. I've tried many things including uninstalling and reinstalling. It won't sync on my phone or tablet. I think Google is the problem but don't know how to fix it. I hope someone on here can figure it out.

I'm having the same problem. My versa 2 stopped syncing at 13.37 yesterday and now all the screen options have gone. I can't even use the clock function or anything else. I've tried force rebooting my versa, uninstalling then installing the app, and I've turned the Bluetooth off and on. Nothing helps!

Same! Mine quit syncing at 11:25.
