Versa 2 not syncing

It is a 3 years old Versa 2 watch. It syncs with iPhone but every time there is a message after setting up logo. Retry . and sync again “Data could not be deleted” Besides there is a white bright line on one side of the watch .

Versa2 is synchronized but data not cleared. The clock face flashes after
software installation followed by a message “Reset failed, your data was
not cleared.
iPhone shows updated software and watch synchronized. Can any one help ?
