Versa 2 Is not connecting to my phone

HI @PaulaCL - this can be due to the new V4 Fitbit App which has difficulty staying in sync, try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and restart the phone too, it may help temporarily.

In addition to the restart suggested gently by @Guy_ , I'd recommend you try all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems.
