Versa 2 not syncing

OK, I have gone through every post I can find and have tried every method posted to get my Versa 2 to sync with my iPhone with no luck! The watch does not even appear under "My Devices" in Bluetooth on the phone (like it used to do) and in the FitBit app it just keeps "Looking"...

I have tried rebooting, reinstalling the app, turning off and on etc etc etc. I can't believe the constant problems this product has, what a let down.

Hi @RASMANOttawa - in the Fitbit App, did you try add new device, select your watch and then replace? This attempts to setup the Bluetooth and connect with the watch.

I had the same problem and followed your instructions and my fitbit is still not syncing please help

Hi @veedub_bug  -Normally toggling Bluetooth off/on or restarting the watch and/or phone should temporarily fix the syncing issue with the new V4 Fitbit App.

However, if not, did you try first removing any Bluetooth entry for your watch on the phone, then Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.

Restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Login and then add new device.

If this fails do a Bluetooth scan on the phone to see if it can see the presence of the watch [you can't do anything with it, if it's there] or also check your watch is findable with What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device? 

If the watch Bluetooth is not findable it may have a fault. A factory reset may help but this isn't without risk.
